sheltie specialties loves Veterinary OptionsA specialized veterinary clinic in Madison, Veterinary Specialty Options is another "passion" of mine. These dedicated veterinarians deal with both dogs and cats - and have given me hope concerning health questions for my dogs - when I did not believe there was hope.

If you live in southern Wisconsin, I highly recommend their services for your beloved pets! - Gloria McCoy

    A little background...

Veterinary Specialty Options, Inc was formed by the incorporation of Surgical Options, LLC in 2006. Surgical Options was founded by Dr. David Edinger in August of 1999 as the first private veterinary surgical referral practice in South-Central Wisconsin.

In pursuit of the highest standards, the Surgical Options team performed surgeries with unsurpassed preparation and care using state-of-the-art instrumentation in a technologically advanced operating room. Veterinary Specialty Options is currently located at: 225 W. Beltline Hwy, Madison, WI 53713 Ph:608-661-0090

To bring this same mission to other veterinary specialties, Dr. Edinger and his partners, Dr. John Silbernagel and Dr. Bruce Jens, created Veterinary Specialty Options, Inc. Their new mission: The Veterinary Specialty Options team provides the highest level of specialized companion animal veterinary service in a personal, caring environment.

Veterinary Specialty Options will be relocating to a new, state-of-the-art facility currently under construction on Madison's southwest side. The new building will not only be home to the existing specialty surgical practice (VSO) but also to specialty services in internal medicine, critical care, and ophthalmology.

Additionally, a new 24-hour emergency service will be added to support regional veterinarians and the pet owning public for emergency cases and to care for the specialty cases overnight. The combined specialty and emergency practice will be Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Care (VSEC), and will provide outstanding, experienced and comprehensive specialty and emergency care, 24-hours per day, 7 days per week.

Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Care will be opening in Spring 2007 at:
1848 Waldorf Boulevard, Madison, WI 53719
