As I look back over 33 years of having Shelties, I began to reminisce about those little friends who have gone over to "The Rainbow Bridge" - as of now I have had 21 Shelties and 15 are no longer with me - 5 reached the age of 17, 5 left me at the ages of 13-14, and the other 5 at various ages. I was blessed to have them as long as I did.
Still with me are Muffie, Sarah, Chelsea, Midnight, Bailey, Angel and my beloved Lab, "Libby" - sometimes I think Libby thinks she is a Sheltie as well!!!
Through Sheltie Specialties I have met and made many new friends, both near and far. The Sheltie Nationals have always been a part of our yearly travels - this year we will miss Virginia Beach but wish all those attending good luck with their entries and a special wish for extra special sales to our vendor friends.
